Do you provide free delivery?
- Free shipping is available to most locations in New Zealand for orders over $490 - In rare instances, if our freight costs are substantially higher, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss an additional delivery charge. A full refund will be issued if you choose not to accept the additional charge.
- If your order is less than $200 there will be a flat delivery rate of $49.

What is the return policy?
- We adhere to The Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).
- You must contact Team Systems New Zealand by email to arrange for return and refund requests.
- Returns (or notice of intention to return) will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Can I change or edit my order?
- Orders can be changed within 24 hours of submission unless the order has been despatched, please email auckland@teamsystems.co.nz
- A restocking/handling fee may be charged on some items that have been specifically ordered in and outside our normal stock lines.

Can I pick up my order?
- We currently not provide pickup service, all orders must be delivered.

How long will my delivery take?
- Your order will be processed and dispatched within 5 business days. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.

What happens if my items are damaged?
- Please carefully inspect goods upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the goods, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.

When do I receive a tax invoice?
- The tax invoice will be delivered with the item
