Compliant Storage for Class 3 Flammable Liquids

The FGC30 / FGC60 Flammable Liquids Cabinet is designed for the safe storage and segregation of Class 3 flammable liquids in workplaces that require compliance with Australian and New Zealand standards. Available in 30L and 60L capacities to suit smaller storage requirements. Double-walled steel construction, V-groove shelving, and a bunded base work together to contain spills, reduce ignition risk, and support safe housekeeping practices.

Safety & Compliance

  • AS/NZS 1940:2017 compliant. Meets Australian and New Zealand standards for the storage of flammable and combustible liquids.
  • WorkSafe NZ approved. Multiple units supplied to customers requiring WorkSafe NZ approval.
  • Designed for Class 3 flammable liquids. Solvents, fuels, thinners, paints, lacquers, and similar substances with a flashpoint up to 60.5°C (closed cup) or 65.6°C (open cup).

Cabinet Features

  • Double-walled steel construction. Creates an insulating air gap that reduces heat transfer and enhances fire resistance.
  • Bunded base. Captures leaks and spills for easy retrieval and cleanup. Prevents liquids from escaping the cabinet.
  • V-groove channel shelves. Precision-formed channels provide greater structural strength than flat-sheet shelving and direct spilled liquids toward the drainage holes and into the bunded base.
  • Punched drainage holes. Strategically placed to efficiently channel spills from shelves into the bunded base.
  • Flame-arrestor vents. Integrated vents fitted with flame-arresting mesh for controlled ventilation and ignition prevention.
  • Earthing points. Dissipates static electricity to reduce ignition hazards.
  • Adjustable shelves. Height-adjustable for flexible configuration to suit different container sizes.
  • Adjustable feet. Ensures stable placement on uneven surfaces.

Available Capacities

  • 30 Litre (FGC30) — compact footprint for smaller storage needs or limited floor space.
  • 60 Litre (FGC60) — suits operations with a higher volume of flammable liquids to store.

Need a larger cabinet? See the 250L Flammable Liquids Cabinet (FGC250) for high-volume storage requirements.

Where It's Used
